If the product is not suitable for you, you can return it* within 14 days from the date of receipt. You also have the right to exchange the item of proper quality for a similar item if it is not suitable in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, size or equipment. This is possible if the goods have not been used, preserved its trade dress, consumer properties, seals, factory labels, as well as there is a sales/cash voucher or other document confirming payment for the goods. If this is your case, please contact us for a refund or exchange. If you have received a product of improper quality (i.e. a product that has defects and cannot provide the fulfillment of its functional qualities – the difference of design or decoration elements from those stated in the description on the site does not refer to the malfunction or non-functionality of the product), please:

1. Carefully pack the product with all accessories and the complete set of accessories specified in the product’s technical documentation.

2.  Attach the following documents:

  • refund application;
  • a copy of your passport (2nd and 3rd pages);
  • sales receipt and/or cashier’s check.

Refunds in both cases are made within 10 days. Please note that goods sewn to order or modified for the customer are not subject to return and exchange.

*There is a restriction on the return of personal care products, underwear, stockings, socks, perfumes, cosmetics, as well as jewelry and technically complex products.
